2) the answer is 5. As the y co-ordinate tells the vertical distance of any point from foot of X axis

3) (6,0). The first co-ordinate tells abscissa and thus it tells distance of any point from origin along X-axis. On The other hand the second tells ordinate of a point which tells vertical distance (along Y- axis) and thus if ordinate = 0 
⇒ the point will lie on x axis
