let the numbers be a/r, a, ar where a = real number and r = common ratio

then given

a/r+a+ar=39/10

and (a/r)×ar×a=1

a³=1

a=1

hence

1/r+1+r=39/10

(r²+1)/r=29/10

10r²+10=29r

10r²-29r+10=0

factorising

10r²-25r-4r+10=0

(5r-2)(2r-5)=0

r=2/5 or 5/2

putting in original equation u will get

number =

5/2,1,2/5

or 2/5,1,5/2
