Answer:

x = 60

Step-by-step :

cosec^2(x/2) -cot^2((x+30)/3) = cot 45

cosec^2(x/2) -cot^2((x+30)/3) = 1

1 + cot^2((x+30)/3) = cosec^2(x/2)

[ now using 1 + cot^2 theta = cosec^2 theta]

=>theta = (x+30)/3 = x/2

=> 2(x+30) = 3x

=> 2x +60 = 3x

=> (3-2)x = 60

=> x = 60
