The first step would be to determine the labels of "x" and "y" axis.

If you searched up a picture of a histrogram you'll see the "x" is used to group amounts by fititng it in a catogory such as 500-600 or etc.

So for the "X" we are going to be using the lavel "Dailey Wages". Along the "x" make tick marks and label them going from 500 to 1000. You'll see the tick marks kinda form buckets, and any value in between those values go in between those tickmarks. For example, if one tick mark is 500 and the other tickmark is 600, anything amounts between 501-600 will go in between there.

Then for the "y" axis it should have the label as number of employees. Then start filling up the boxes accoridng to the data.

I created the histrogram and I will attach it in a file. Hopefully you can see it.
