equation

x = t(t-2) + a(t-2)²

v = dx/dt

x = t²  - 2t + a(t² + 4 - 2t)

x = t² - 2t  + at² + 4a -2at

dx/dt = 2t - 2 + 2t + 4 - 2
         = 4t -4 + 4 = 4t

so first option is incorrect

v = 4t

a = dv/dt

  = 4

so option B is incorrect

in option C when t = 0

the x = 4a so option c is incorrect

So, option D is correct
