traffic in the metropolitan cities has almost reached a saturating point. the roads are overcrowded with people's moving in a hurry.they are not interested to follow the rules and regulations.the rush driver jump red lights and overtake from wrong sides leads to the traffic jams.if people's uses the transport wise they can avoid jams. traffic rule should be made more strict and punishment should be severely for the rule breakers.
