Answer:

in a polinomial the power of any variable should be a whole number (0/1/2/3/4/5/6....)

so

in a

in the first term the power of variable is 0

in second term the power of variable is 1

in third term the power of variable is 2

and 4th term's variable is 3

here all of the power or exponents are whole numbers so it is a polynomial.

in question b

exponent of first term =3

second term's=2

third term's=1

fourth term's =0

all of these are whole number so it is a polynomial.

in question c.

first term's power=4

second term's power=3

third term's power=1/2

fourth term's power=0

here all of terms are whole number but the power of third term is not a whole number ...so it is not a polynomial.

in question d.

first power=3

second power=-1

3rd power=0

the power of second term is not a whole number

so it is not a polynomial
