for this a construction is needed :
• let a, b and c be 3 non collinear points.
• join ab and bc.
• draw a perpendicular bisector of ab and bc.
• let the point of intersection of these bisector be -o
• Join oa, ob and oc.
• As oa=ob and ob=oc . therefore oa=ob=oc.
• taking o as centre draw a circle passing through point a, b or c.

• if u make the circle from any point u will notice it passes through all collinear points.
