Answer:

The value of x  is 50°, y is 60° and z is 30°

Step-by-step explanation:

solution;

50°+y+70° =180° (∵being supplementary angle)

or, 120°+y=180°

or, y= 180°-120°

∴y=60°

Again,

x=50° (being V.O.A)

∴x=50°

again,

 z+50°=180° (being supplementary angle)

or, z= 180°-50°

∴z=30°

Answer:

y=60degree

x=50degree

z=130degree

Step-by-step explanation:

considering y

50+70+y=180( angle in a straight line is 180)_____(1)

hence y=60

considering x

x+y+70=180(angle in a straight line is 180)_______(2)

substituting the value of y in the above equation and transposing... we get x=50

considering z

z+x =180(linear pair) ___________(3)

substituting the value of x in the equation... we get z=130

in the equation 1&2 I took the reason as straight line because there are 3 angles whereas in equation 3 there are only two angles(pair).

hope it helps...
