Multiply each term of (√32 + √48) with the terms of the (√8 - √12). But first simplify them.

√32 + √48 = 4√2 + 4√3 = 4(√2 + √3)

and, √8 - √12 = 2√2 - 2√3 = 2(√2 - √3)

Therefore,

4(√2 + √3) × 2(√2 - √3) = 8{(√2)² - (√3)²}

= 8(2 - 3) = -8
