 \frac{z - 1}{3}  = 1 +  \frac{z - 2}{4}

\leadsto \frac{z - 1}{3}  =  \frac{4 + z - 2}{4}

\leadsto \frac{z - 1}{3}  =  \frac{z + 2}{4}

\leadsto4(z - 1) = 3(z + 2)

\leadsto4z - 4 = 3z  + 6

\leadsto4z - 3z = 6 + 4

\leadsto  \huge \: z = 10
