(1) The evaporation process is quite simple and is similar everywhere. Even under sun and even under the shade. There is heat present in atmosphere everywhere. The upper layer of water molecules one by one gets energy and evaporates. But, the only difference is that, under sun it gets more energy than that under shade, so, it evaporates faster under the sun.
(2) When they get condensed, they appear as water droplets. When a cold soft drink bottle is kept in open air,the water vapour present in the surrounding air condenses on the bottle. The water molecules are slowed down and stick to the surface is cold. These water droplets are seen as dew on the surface of the bottle.

The answer is :
1 . The sunlight causes the air to get warm ..This warm air comes in contact with the water from shady area and heats it. This causes the evaporation of water from shady areas.
2. When the air comes in contact with cold surface of glass,it condenses and appears as droplets of water.
