 \large \tt AHOY!! \:

given :- -2/3 and -3/5

first of all, we have to check whether the decimal of both rational numbers are same or not. if not we have to make them same.

for that, we have to find the LCM of the denominators.

here the denominators are 3 and 5.

LCM of 3 and 5 = 3 × 5 = 15

now, we will multiply -2/3 by 5 and -3/5 by 3.

=> -2/3 = -2(5)/3(5)

= -10/15

=> -3/5 = -3(3)/5(3)

= -9/15

we can see that there's 0 rational number between them.

so we will do is, we will multiply both the rational numbers with 10(since we have to find 9 rational numbers between them)

=> -10(10)/15(10)

= -100/150

=> -9(10)/15(10)

= -90/150

now we can easily find 9 rational numbers between them.

9 rational numbers between them are :- -91/150, -92/150, -93/150, -94/150, -95/150, -96/150, -97/150, -98/150 and -99/150

 \large \tt HOPE  \: THIS \:  HELPS!!
