Therefore the length is X+5 cm.
Perimeter = 2(a+b)
Therefore the perimeter is 2 ( X+X+5) .
$2(x + x + 5) = 40$
$2x+ 5 = 20 \\ 2x = 15 \\ x = 7.5$
Therefore breadth is 7.5
Length = 12.5

Area:
$7.5 \times 12.5 = 93.5$
