x²+x -6 = x² +3x-2x -6
= x(x+3)-2(x+3) = (x-2)(x +3)
and ,x² -4x +4 = x²-2x-2x +4
= x(x-2)-2(x-2) = (x-2)(x-2)
hence , the given equation become :-
