according to poet Roald Dahl in the poem television he tried to emphasis on the word read to focus the main need of the children and try to convince the child to love the book instead of loving the channels. he also try to show the disadvantages of modern technology by giving an example of a television telecast program. He also aware the parents to stay away from idiotic television which kills time and give a necessary Pan in head.
