I ________want to say that yesterday I bought a phone from ur shop .The phone costs RS.18000 .

Now its not working whenever I use any app automatically it gets off.I tried my best to resolve this problem but I could not .I have shown this problem to a expert and he told me that the problem is in phone. It's not working bcz something happens in his battery .

You gave me guarantee of 2 years but the problem happens in 1 day So .I just want you to solve this problem or to change the phone Kindly solve this problem in 1 week bcz I have an urgent work
