 \frac{2 \sqrt{2} ( \sqrt{10}  -  \sqrt{5} )}{8}

 \frac{4 \sqrt{5} - (2 \times  \sqrt{2}  \times  \sqrt{5})  }{8}

Now just put the values and get the answer.
