• Generally take a longer time to cure or has no cure
• Ex :- Osteoporosis , Cancer

 ‎ ‎ ‎ii ) Acute disease :-

• Stays for a shorter time period
• Can be treated in few days and at home
• Ex :- Common cold

2. Two ways to stop air pollution :-

1. Reducing the usage of Fossil fuels
2. Using Public transports
