Step-by-step explanation:

1-2+3-a+b=5

b-a=3----eq1

1+2+3+a+b=19

a+b=13---eq2

by solving eq1 and eq2

2b=16

b=8

a=5

so when divide with (x-2) remainder will be

16-16+12-10+8

=10
