Here is your answer
For I
Diameter is 14 cm
Radius is 14/2 = 7 cm

Circumference of semicircle = 2πr/2
= πr
= 7π

For II
Diameter is 3.5 cm for two extreme semicircle
which become one circle
so Radius is 3.5/2 cm

Circumference is 2πr
= 2π× 3.5/2
= 3.5π

Now for III
Diameter = 7 cm
Radius = 7/2 cm = 3.5 cm

Circumference of semicircle is 2πr/2
= πr
= π × 3.5
= 3.5π

Now Total length of the boundary is
= 7π + 3.5π + 3.5π
= π(7+3.5+3.5)
 = 14 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \\  = 2 \times 22 \\  = 44cm
Therefore Total length is 44 cm

ANSWER IS

Circumference of semicircle is or

1 circumference of I = 7π

2. Circumference of II = 3.5π/2

3 Circumference of III = 3.5π

4. Circumference of IV = 3.5π/2

TOTAL CIRCUMFERENCE IS
 = \pi \times (7 +  \frac{3.5}{2}  + 3.5 +  \frac{3.5}{2} ) \\  \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times ( \frac{14 + 3.5 + 7 + 3.5)}{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{28}{2}  \\  \\  = 44cm
Thanks
