Time taken By 50 men to finish a work = 15 months

This question is of inverse proportion. As when men will decrease, time taken to complete the work will increase.

Time taken by 1 man to finish a work = 15×50 months (inverse proportion)

= 750 months

Time taken by 125 men =750/125

= 150/25

= 30/5

=6 months

Or 6×30 = 180 days (approx)

Answer:

6 months

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that 50 men do the work in 15 months.

Then, 1 men can do the work in 50 * 15 months.

125 men can finish the same work in:

= (50 * 15)/125

= 750/125

= 6 months.

Therefore, 125 men can finish the same work in 6 months.

Hope it helps!
