So,
Mona marks = 450 +40/100 × 450
= 450+180
= 680
therfore Mona marks are 680

Given,
Monthly salary of a man = 12000
His wife salary is less than him by 20percent
Wife salary = 12,000 - 20/100 × 12000
= 12000 - 2400
= 9600
Total income = 12000+9600
= 21600
