y + 5 {x}^{2}  - 7x - 18 = 8 {x}^{2}  + 6x - 15 \\  \\ y = 8 {x}^{2}  + 6x - 15 - 5 {x}^{2}  + 7x + 18 \\  \\y  = 8 {x}^{2}  - 5 {x}^{2}  + 6x + 7x - 15 + 18 \\  \\ y = 3 {x}^{2}  + 13x + 3
Therefore Number should be added is
