Hey MATE!

1) Aluminium atoms are small in size as compared to iron and copper therefore there are no gaps left for water molecules to enter in between the bonds of aluminium.

2) The greenish layer formed after rusting is [CuSO4.5H20] . It is nothing but the Copper sulphate in hydrated form known as Copper hydroxy sulphate.

Aluminium does not corrode or rust easily in moist conditions because its suface protected by a natural layer of aluminium oxide this prevents metal from coming in contact with air and oxygen which prevents corrosion and rusting

2 during rain carbonic acid get easily dissolve in the rain water and hence react with copper vessel to give a green coating on the metal
