White blood cells are slightly larger than red blood cells but are fewer in number. They don't have fixed shape. They help the body to fight against infection by destroying dusease-causing microorganisms and harmful foreign substances that enter the body.If the number of WBCs in your blood increase,it usually means you have an infection.WBCs move actively in the blood and can move into and out of blood vessels if needed.
Hope it helps ù☺!!
