 (\frac{4}{3}n - \frac{3}{4}n)^2 + 2mn \\ \\ = ((\frac{4}{3} - \frac{3}{4})n)^2 + 2mn \\ \\ = ((\frac{16 - 9}{12})n)^2 + 2mn \\ \\ = (\frac{7n}{12})^2 + 2mn \\ \\ = \frac{49n^2}{144} + 2mn \\ \\ = \frac{49n^2 + 288mn}{144}
