y+5=6+2(x+5)

or y+5=6+2x+10

or 2x-y=-11......(ii)

Subtracting (ii) from (i),

4x=36

or x=9

Substitute x in (ii),

18-y=-11

or y=29.

Hence, Tina is presently 29 years old and her son is presently 9 years old.
