Geometry,

Given
a:b = 2:3

as a and b are supplementary angles
So a + b will be = 180°

Let a = 2x and b = 3x
So 2x + 3x = 180°
or, 5x = 180°
or, x = 36°

Therefore a = 2×36 = 72°
and b = 3×36° = 108

as m||n so angle b will be equal to angle f as they are corresponding angles.
so b = f

and angle h is vertically opposite angle of f
so f = h

Thus b = f = h

Therefore h = b
so h = 108°

That's it
Hope it helped (^_^)/
