Let x , y , and z be three angles of triangle

x + y + z = 180°

70 + 45 + z = 180

115 + z = 180

z = 180 - 115

z = 65° ....third angle of triangle

z + a = 180 ....linear pair.

a = 180 - 65

a = 115°

now ,

a + b = 180°......interior angles are supplementary.

115° + b = 180

b = 180 - 115

b = 65°

Ans. The measure of Angle 3 is 65°
