Gigantism is a rare condition cause abnormal growth in children this can be noticeable by short height it affects births . it occurs when children pituitary gland produces more hormone which is also known as somatotrophin .

Acromegaly symptoms are enlarged hands , face and feets. people may experience large tounge , bulged chest , enlarged organs , deepening of voice , fatigue , menstruation , large ears and many more things .
