Hi friend!!

In the question, we are given that for 4 litres of petrol, the traveled distance is 60 km. Now, we are asked for 8 litres of petrol, how many km we can travel.
The equation would be 4/60 = 8/x
Moving x to the left, the division turns to multiplication and we get 4x/60 = 8
Moving 60 to the right, it turns into multiplication and we get 4x = 60(8) = 480
Moving the 4 to the right, it turns into division. x = 480/4 = 120
The value of x is therefore 120
Hope this helps!!
