You should take 8 hour sleep.
You must relax by walking outside in harder ,whenever you feel yourself streeful

Break the chapters into two or three parts.
Then after completing the fisrt part take 10 to 20 minutes break and again start you studies in this way you can easily complete your chapters without getting tensed.....
