A is of greater length since Instantaneous resistance of A is greater than that of B and resistance increases with increase in length

-Resistance is inversely proportional to area.
-Area is proportional to the diameter of the wires.
As resistivity and length are the same( given),

Resistance of wire A has a higher slope. Thus, wire B is more thicker than wire A
