Why is this parabola quadratic? Explain.
(Hint: It's not because it crosses the x axis twice or because "all parabolas are quadratic." You have to have a reason!)

parabola is quadratic only when
the power any axis(X or y) is even power and it is symmetry towards that axis and e<1
in given parabola the vertex is in(3,-3) ok
