Mate I think this question can solve like this

y]=L, unit=meter

[t]=T, unit=meter

[l]=L, unit=meter

y=a-bt+cx

[y]=[a]

[a]=L

[y]=[bt]

[b]=L/T

[y]=[cx]

[c]=L/L

therefore cis dimension less.
