Sclerenchyma's cells don't have a any spaces between them. And we don't change any cells of onion peel. We just Color them so that we can see the cells clearly

we don't change cells of onion peel before putting it under a microscope , we stain it to make different parts of the cell prominent to observe . sclerenchyma tissue has the least air space between its cells.
