As we know moon is a coplanet of earth how ever earth pulls it towards itself due to gravitational force but in the sky every partical has gravity so they also pull every thig towards itself.

so that is why moon does not fall on earth coz of its own gravitational force.
moon also pulls earth towards itself so there is a symmetry between earth and moon whether amongst every planert .

hope u understood.

This is a dangerous problem but I have try to do my best.________________________________
we know that every body attracts each other due to gravitational force.we know that moon revolve around the earth in an circular orbit.
so ,it has another force which is in outward direction, this force is centrifugal force.
the centrifugal force and gravitational force force balance the moon at his place.
This is why moon does not fall on earth.
