Quite easy:
In triangle LQM and triangle NRM,
Angle L = Angle L (Each 90° given)
LM = NM (Given)
QM = MR (Given)
Therefore, by RHS congruency criteria, ∆LQM congruent to ∆NRM
=> Angle Q = Angle R
=> PQ = PR (Sides opposite to equal angles of a triangle are equal.)
