Primary Sector-When we produce a  good by exploiting natural resources, it is an activity of the Primary Sector. It is called primary because it forms the base for all the products that we subsequently make. It is also called Agriculture and Related  Sector. Examples-agriculture, dairy, fishing, forestry etc.
Secondary Sector- Activities in which natural products are change into other forms through ways of manufacturing that we associate with the industrial activity. This could be in factory, a workshop or at home. It is also called In industrial Sector. Examples-Using cotton fibre from the plant we can spinyarn and weave cloth.
Tertiary Sector-Activities that help in the development of primary and secondary sector. These activities by themselves do not produce goodsbut they are and aid or a support for the production.It is also called Service Sector. Examples- transport, storage, communication, banking, trade etc.
