 \frac{x - 2}{4}  +  \frac{1}{3}  = x -  \frac{2x - 1}{3}  \\  \frac{3x - 6 + 4}{12} =  \frac{3x - (2x - 1)}{3}   \\ 3(3x - 2) = 12(x + 1) \\  9x - 6 = 12x  + 12 \\ 12x - 9x = -12 - 6 \\ 3x = -18 \\  \\ x = -6

X= -6 is the answer
