Let the length of rectangle be x.
and the breadth of rectangle be y.

It is given that:-
Area of rectangle→xy=84m²..................(1)

Difference between it's length and breadth=x-y=5............(2)

$x + y = \sqrt{ {(x - y) }^{2} + 4xy }$
=√[(5)²+4×84]
=√[25+336]
=√(361)
= 19.
x+y=19..............(3)

By elimination method:-

Substract eq(2) and (3).

By substract we get y=7.

putting y in eq(2).
→ x-y=5
→x=12.

Hence, Length=12m.
and breadth=7m.

Perimeter of rectangle=2(L+B)
=2(12+7)
=2×19
=38m.
