When politicians can't even take care of public health during this pandemic then what is the guarantee that they will fulfill all the promises(which they make only for wining elections). So what is the point of holding election during this pandemic. Please give answer in support of holding election because it is very important.

Not a mod or star but hope you won't mind as long as my answer makes sense.

Let's break your questions in parts:

There is none.

Nor is there any provision in constitution that compels them to.  

Only citizens can decide their fate in elections (which is the only way since the other one is for the politician to be ashamed of his act so much that he/she resigns but then again if they were that morally awoke the problem wouldn't have arose in the first place ).

People can deicide on the basis of their previous performance if power should be given to them again or not.

• So what is the point of holding election during this pandemic?

To keep democracy alive. The governance needs to be fully functional and for that elections are needed to be conducted at regular times.

Also this time of pandemic is the best one to test how efficient the government is thus helping people to choose better by helping them to understand if the current government deserves another chance or not.

Note: Regardless of what I answer I firmly believe that election shouldn't be held during these times (2020-21 COVID-19 pandemic) especially with such old methods.
