i am class 10 on 7th i have maths exam so i am not able to suggest you but

i suggest something to you with respectful manner

always sit on chair not on sofa and bed

you switch off your phone and read or learn if you have doubt mark it and ask at night

i am junior than you so take it with respect and mark this .......... you knowe.
