look if you have buy something like car cost 16 lakh rupees and it is not up to the mark for you think that company had done something fraud with you so you can go to district level Court because 16 is less than 20 and district courts take case upto 20 lakh rupees so you can go there

now the state level Court the state level Court take the cases which has been caused between 20 lacs to 1 crore

suppose that you have buyed and car cost 30 lakh rupees or 60 lakh rupees and you find something bad audit company has didn't give in you the thing what you deserved then you can file a case to state level Court because the thing is more than 20 lacs and less than 1 crore so case will be deal in state level Court

national level Court the national level Court deals with the cases which cost more than one crore

now same example will be taken if suppose you have been and car cost 5 crore and you think that company has didn't give you the thing up to the mark ok and you have and you decided to file a case so you can file a case in national level Court because the cost in this case is more than one crore
