Total Quantity of mixture = 90 litres.

In that 18 litres of this mixture is given to a customer.

The remaining amount of mixture = 90 - 18 = 72.

Given that percentage of water is only 30%.

Then the % of milk = 100 - 30% = 70%.

Quantity of milk = 72 * (70/100) = 50.4.

Now,

Given that 18 litres of water is added to the remaining mixture.

= > 72 + 18 = 90.

Hence,

% of milk in final mixture = (50.4/90) * 100

= > 56%.

Therefore, the percentage of milk in the final mixture = 56%.

Hope this helps!
