2 Rational Numbers Between √2 and √3 are:

 \sqrt{2}  = 1.414... \\  \sqrt{3} =  1.732...

So,

1.5 =  \frac{15}{10}  =  \frac{3}{2}  \\ 1.6 =  \frac{16}{10}  =  \frac{8}{5}

2 Irrational Numbers Between √2 and √3 are:

1.50500500050000... \\ 1.60600600060000...

The Equation y^4 + 9 cant be factored but y^4 - 9 can be factored.

 {y}^{4}  - 9 \\  =  {(y ^{2} )}^{2}  -  {3}^{2}  \\  = ( {y}^{2}  + 3)( {y}^{2}  - 3)

Hope it Helps.
