Hi there !

To find the number of images formed by a plane mirror inclined at a particular angle,
there is a simple formula for this
It states that

n =  (\frac{360}{theta})  - 1
where n is the number of images and theta is the angle of inclination between the mirror.

Coming to the question

a) 120°

Using the formula

n =  (\frac{360}{theta})  - 1 \:
we have

n = ( \frac{360}{120} ) - 1
n = 3 - 1 = 2

Thus,

2 images will be formed

b) 180°
Using the formula,

we have

n =  (\frac{360}{180} ) - 1
n = 2 - 1 = 1

So,
only 1 image will be formed

c) 60°

n =  (\frac{360}{60} ) - 1
n = 6 - 1 = 5

So,

5 images will be formed

d) 90°

n =  (\frac{360}{90})  - 1
n = 4 - 1 = 3

So,

3 images will be formed.
