temperature is the degrees of heat and the measurement unit of heat in which the heat is measured..
the basic unit of temperature is celcius farenheit.. the scientific unit for heat measurement is kelvin

heat is the total kinetic energy of a molecule whereas temperature is the averag kinetic energy of the molecule
