There  are so many tricks in maths.
One of them to find out square of a two digit no. having 5 in the unit place is given with example:-

ex: 25
To find square of 25 first write square of 5 in the unit and tens place and then multiply 2 by 3 and write the product in the hundred place.

   We get 5^2= 25 and 2*3= 6. Thus square of 25 = 625.

General formula can be : product of number in the tenth place with the next number and square of 25.

   Thank You.

kunalp: Multiplication of 11 by any three digit number.

Let me explain this rule by taking examples
1. 352*11 = 3---(3+5)---(5+2)---2 = 3872
Means insert the sum of first and second digits, then sum of second and third digits between the two terminal digits of the number
2. 213*11 = 2---(2+1)---(1+3)---3 = 2343.
Hope this helps you. Thank you
